SOCIAL ISSUES

  • Hong Kong women are talented in making different food for their families, but there are no platform for them to unleash their potentials in the beverage industry

SOCIAL INNOVATION

  • Establish the first fusion sauce selling platform in Hong Kong
  • Combine the traditional skill of women and the new style of cooking method

EXPECTED SOCIAL IMPACT

15 grassroot women will participate in 6 session of cookery training classes
1,500 bottles of fusion sauce will be produced
Provide flexible working time job opportunities for grassroot women in order to relieve their financial burden

BUSINESS MODEL

neoi5 zoeng3 sells fusion sauces at community stores, fair trade shops and social enterprises

PROGRAMME CONTENT

Hold 6 sessions of cookery training classes

Encourage at least 15 grassroot women to join the plan of “women kitchen” group

Organise community sharing activities

Summarise the experience gained from the programme and promote it to other people in the community
